Georgia charges $100 to file Articles of Organization online and $110 by post, and $60 for the annual registration filed online. The annual registration is due by 1 April every year, regardless of when the company was formed.
The fees are low and the process is quick, which is why Georgia rarely appears in complaints about formation costs.

$200 to $410
Every year after that
$60 to $360
Ranges assume a registered agent service at $100 to $300 a year where one is used, and a formation service package of $0 to $300 on top of state fees. A company formed in October still files its first annual registration by the following 1 April, so the first recurring bill can arrive sooner than owners expect.
The quirk worth knowing
Georgia offers a three year registration at a discount to paying yearly. It is a small saving and it only makes sense if you are confident the company will still be trading, since the money is not refunded when you dissolve.
